25 % Chardonnay
45 % Pinot Noir
10 % Pinot Meunier
+ 20% Reserve wines
The particular pinot noir from the Montaudon vineyards, la Cote des Bars, brings a consistent power. A soil mainly composed of yellow chalk as well as the quite specific climate in this area provides a typical wine. The predominance of pinot noir provides the structure, while a touch of pinot meunier rounds the blend. Chardonnay adds the elegance and
finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine.
Golden straw-yellow with a foaming necklace of tiny and long-lasting bubbles.
Initially very expressive, it is reminiscent of floral aromas (linden), then of ripe fruits (pear and apple).
The first sip delivers all the freshness and forcefulness so typical of our Brut Reserve Premiere. The attack is clear and frank. It develops into a symphony of fresh fruit flavours
(pear). Note the fine balance between distinction and forcefulness.
We recommend the Brut Reserve Premiere as an aperitif or served as a dessert, complementing a fruit salad with white fruits, such as pear.
